Issue not being resolved

Complaint / review text:
I phoned Cell C in April 2014 to change my debit order date to the 15th of every month because my salary gets paid in late the evening of the last day of the month and I don't want bad credit reflecting on my name. The consultant advised me that the next debit date will be 15 July 2014, the end of May came and they debited my account, I phoned in again to discover the debit order was never changed they then changed it and advised me that the next debit date will be 15 June 2014, I replied that I cannot afford to pay a double debit it gives me 15 days to pay 5 accounts which is impossible. I have contacted Cell C 5 times after this issue occurred an nothing gets resolved. They just tell me they cannot get back to me as they need the date and time I first phoned in (how am I supposed to remember all of those details) I really don't what to do anymore and they now charge me R70.00 per account for returned debit order which equals up to 350.00 for something that was not my fault...
