Complaint / review text:
I ordered a Motoralo Moto E from Orange Store on Tuesday (24 June), because they said 2-3 working days.
I followed the DHL tracking, which said estimated delivery time Friday (27 June), by end of day.
But it never arrived, then I checked the tracking this morning (Saturday 28 June) the site said "we cannot estimate the delivery time"
And so I phoned DHL and they said customs needs my ID number and cell phone number to release the goods. And it will only come on Monday.
I needed the phone by Friday as I am leaving early Monday morning. So now I must make alternative arrangements.
I understand it might not be Orange Store's delay, but don't offer a service of 2-3 days if it will take longer. And why not ask me for the details before I have to phone them myself!
