I went to have my cellphone contract upgraded, accordingly to the consultant my package was no longer available and i was advised on the packages i had to choose from. There was NO explanation that this was now a migration and that i was going to be changred over R800 for this migration. On quering how much would be deducted monthly this R800 never came into the breakdown of fees. Now my phone bill is R2800 this month and i have to pay the migration fee??? I called the call centre was given a reference number and was advised that i would be called within 24 hours, it has now been 2 days and i have had to call back? I REFUSE to pay this amount, if this matter is not resolved i will take my monthly business of R2000 to another service provider.
