31 may 2014—took new cellphone contract
02 june 2014—reported cellphone faulty and slow on downloads
06 june 2014—returned phone to cell chatsworth. Was informed by bradley that it will take 7 bussiness days to sort out
11 june 2014—received call from a technician informing me that he will come out to test network. No call out as yet
13 june 2014 —received a call from blanche responding to my hello peter complaint
26 june 2014—received a call from sidwell to inform me that he will be sending a technician to test network
02 july 2014—todate none of the above has materialised. I have not received any feedback from consultant bradley, store manager rolan, blanche or sidwell. All they do is call and not follow up. Please cell c -release me from this contract. You are not serious about service and me logging a complaint every 5 days is not good for your image.
