Marco Adonis was allocated to my complaint. He has done absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Everytime I follow up with him he has been very unhelpful and full of excuses. The latest is that he requested a copy of my renewed contract. I have followed up and he does not even reply. I can see he reads his emails but no response. I am so sick of Autopage and their useless staff.in the mean time I get billed incorrectly and nobody seems to give a. I am going to take this further and report Autopage to Vodacom as I would much rather go direct to Vodacom. And this after approximately 14 years of being a loyal customer to Autopage. Thanks for nothing.
