On the 5th of May 2014 i called the call center to cancel my contract and was told that all was done, end May 2014 i was debited my account with the one contract as i had two contract. Im left with one, the billing was correct as per statement that was sent to me that time.in June 2014 i received a ststement for one contract for R600 and on the day of debit order my account was debited by R1100. I called the czll center and i was told that i was owing the money and i need to pay its a bill for the contract that i cancelled, then i asked for the statement which i was promised to be emailed to me. This was around the 27th of June 2014 till today still waiting. I need my statement so i can see my bill and be satisfied for what i was charged for. I understand why people hated MTN so much and at once i was a happy customer think others likes to complain.
