Complaint / review text:
On 19 June 2014 I placed a call with the Cell C sales line (084 145) and ordered a Samsung S4 Mini on a straight Up 200 Contract. (SPI004978120) Salesman - Jabulani Tshabalala. I received an email with an Option to track your order. 5 days later the status on the order still stated "Pending Authorisation". I phoned the helpdesk and was informed that they do not have stock but that stock will arrive "soon" (unable to give a date) and that the order was approved the day before.
I raised a complaint on 26 June 2014 via the Cell C website (case number 4062600561) I got a reply on 28 June 2014 from Tebello Nchake saying that the issue has been forwarded to the sales department who will contact me in 2 days.
On 1 July 2014 I tried to phone the Customer Services line but kept holding for 30 minutes and then hung up. (I have proof of this if needed) On 2 July I got through and was told that they had an issue with paperwork loaded incorrectley and some techinical issues but that the order was approved the day before (same thing I was told on the 25th of June!) The order will be delivered "soon" - Again no date given.
Maybe thats the reason why CellC is the cheapest? Terrible!!!
