Complaint / review text:
On 14 June I applied for a migration on my CellC contract. I was assured by the consultant that it could be done and that I'll only have to continue paying for my handset. I was told that it would be finalized within 48hours.
I only get a call from the migration department on 19 June and then hear a different story about a migration fee - all I did was to question it - they resolve that I don't want to do the migration. This was not true - I was willing to pay the migration fee.
I phone back on 27 June - Cell C apologize and say they'll phone me within 24 hours. Nothing happens till I phone again on 3 July. This time I ask for a supervisor - she actually phones back, tells me that it's all good - no migration fee, but they just have to do a quick credit check. She assures me that it'll be sorted on the same day.
Nothing happens again!
I then phone back on 8 July - they had no record of what was requested on 3 July.
I spoke to a Supervisor again, but no one phoned me back!
I cannot believe this???
