Complaint / review text:
I upgraded my contract on the 1/3/2014 to a MyMTN 100 witch included 100 minutes, 100 Meg data and 100 sms. I have not been receiving my sms per month and phoned 808 beginning June and sent an email to customer care on the 24/6 after no joy from the call centre, still not receiving my 100 sms per month.
My second issue is that when I upgraded I was assisted by the east rand mall branch with a Samsung representative who advised me why I should take the S4, but they both failed to advise me to register my phone with Samsung for the free screen repairs, and I was there for 90min due to system issues witch provided them with plenty of time, I now have to spend R2900 to fix my screen cause I did not register my phone within the 30 days.
And now my battery has swollen after 3 months of use and I have to replace this as well.
