Complaint / review text:
So I sent a complaint to Autopage directly and its now been almost a month and I still have not received any feedback regarding my query, even after sending numerous follow up emails I still have not received any joy.
I just feel that Autopage does not really take their customers into considerations. The staff in incompetent and all of a sudden they are unable to find any recordings of the conversations I had with them.
They have dropped the ball on the 2 occasions and they just keep doing it. Juanette is a team leader who advised my query will be sent to the complaints department. Nothing was done up to now.
I am very disappointed and I would not recommend Autopage to anyone. As far as I am concerned they can cancel the contract but they will not get a cent from me.
