I applied online on 4 July 2014 for a Samsung S4. The call center phoned me back and I informed them that I would like two S4's. They told me that I do not qualify for two S4's but do qualify for a S4 and a S3 mini. They proceeded to read the terms and conditions of the verbal and telephonic agreement to me, informing me that the call was recorded. On Friday 11 July 2014 they delivered the S3 mini only. Upon inquiry they informed that the S4 is not in stock and I am only being approved that day for the S4. On Monday, 14 July 2014 I phoned them again and they then told me that they do not deliver two phones at the same time as they are afraid of being. On Tuesday 15 July 2014 they had another story telling me that I was approved and that it takes one working day for the phone to be delivered and that the phone would be delivered on Wednesday, 16 July 2014. When I phoned them today (Wednesday 16 July 2014) they then told me that now suddenly I do not have enough points to qualify for both the phones (S4 and S3 mini). I informed them that this was breach of contract as the terms and conditions was read to me and I accepted it.
