Complaint / review text:
Comcast phone went out. I was told I needed new modem.
Installed new modem which resulted in the modem working by no dial tone on any phone in the house. 5 "offshore" techs ran me through modem check routine five times. I was told a tech appointment had been scheduled. When I checked online, no appointment showed.
Followup with supervisor revealed no appointment. I was told Comcast doesn't do same day appointments. Maybe 24 to 48 hours to resolve. No 911 coverage.
Referred to "legal." A bunch of dudes who don't care. Comcast works fine when it works, but if anything changes or a modem fails, it's a disaster.
