We want to pay but cannot. Very poor service!

I opened a Mygig Data Bundle on behalf of my boss, I was appointed proxy to pay the total 24 month value upfront, no debit orders wanted. I explained this to several individuals at the Vodacom shop and the call centre. After much wasted time, they finally agreed to a cash deposit into a nominated Standard Bank account. At the bank, the account details were rejected. I was sent back to the bank several times. All in all, I visited the bank and the Vodacom shop over 6 times. The Standard Bank official informed me that this is a "regular Vodacom occurrence!" After pleading with shop managers, the Vodacom call centre and the Vodacom account dept. Eventually I was told to get my boss to pay via EFT to a bank approved Vodacom account. Tried several times but was rejected. Eventually, my boss paid the money into my account so that I could pay via EFT on his behalf. Before payment could be made, the Vodacom accounts dept. Called telling me that the account was in arrears. They gave me an account to pay into (With references). That failed too. 3 months of and still no joy in paying Vodacom in advance for 2 years billing. Want to close the account and go to MTN.
