Complaint / review text:
Saturday i went into cellucity to enquire as per when my upgrade is due, they advised me in October so i am able to upgrade as of Now already. Right, i asked if i could increase my package/premiuim in order to take out a certain phone, the consultant advised me they wont be able to because there is something against my name at transunion. I called transunion monday the 14-07-2014 & they advised that there is nothing against my name, so you tell me what the is atually going on??? Also i requested a cancellation effective January & i am unable to do so, apparently i have to do that in December, how true is this?
I need feedback ASAP.
