Complaint / review text:
This will be my fifth complaint on Hello Peter. Online chat reference: S3-1LX2C-CEJVV.
I have made complaints on the following days: 6 June 2014; 11 June 2014; 24 June 2014; 14 July 2014 and now today, 21 July 2014.
No one has contacted me after the 11 June 2014 complaint.
I want a supervisor or senior consultant to contact me ASAP. I will not post another complaint - I will go to Vodacom in Midrand with print outs of all my complaints, which will have serious implications.
