Good day. I have been informed by Cellc agent (when I tried to do an upgrade) that my account is with Legal. This is because the contract that I had with Cellc a while back was in arrears and had been handed over to Nudebt. Cellc says I need to get detailed information and statement from Nudebt. Getting statement from both Cellc and Nudebt had been a pain. I have been making daily calls to Nudebt to get the statement and make the payment, Nudebt (Kygen, supervisor) tells me they waiting for Cellc, Cellc told me Nudebt has the statement.
