Complaint / review text:
I took out a contract a couple of years ago which I made sure I cancelled as soon as the 24 months period ended.
I got confirmation from Vodacom that the contract was cancelled and no further direct debits would be taken.
Then when I checked my account two months later I saw they were still taking the direct debits
I contacted them and they said "this time" they had cancelled it properly and would refund my money with in 14 working days. That was well over a month ago and no money yet.
Now they are telling me I need to get in touch with their account department etc to sort out, when they had previosuly already told me that the refund was being processed.
I now live in the UK and I know for sure that when I move back to SA i will definately not being using Vodacom again, cause they have basically my money
