I've been with Autopage since 1999. Recently I had done a retention with their retention department.
Ayanda Mkhabela was the consultant that handled the retention. He had dispatched the incorrect phone. I immediately made him aware of the mistake. He apologised and promised to have the situation rectified. This was about a month ago. Since then I've made numerous calls to no avail. Autopage doesn't care once they've made the sale. I've never in all my years with dealing with Autopage encountered such bad service. I will now be billed for something that I don't have. Is that fair???
