It is now a two full month later and in total as agreed by the sales consultant at MTN Woodmead that was overcharged was R1464 (Apr) R961 (May) R261 (June) finally in July statement i was billed the correct amount, as per the authorised limit which means it was finally activated. As a result of my complaint and hello peter report they refunded me R1000, which means they still owe me R 1686. This was agreed by the sales consultant and confirmed by email, i have not received the refund and have not heard from her or them in three weeks. I'm considering cancelling this contract - i believe i am within my rights to do so after the breach of contract from their side! If i do not get the refund timeously i will have to go that route.
