My business uses Mweb's hosted email exchange and on 04/08 it went down in the morning. I received text messages from Mweb that there is an issue and the technicians are attending to it.
After a few hours and my business not being able to use a primary form of communication I decided to call Mweb to get feedback. I've been on hold for 01:51 at the time of writing this message - that is unacceptable for a service provider that provides vital business service to small businesses. The only other option to communicate with them is email - which is the problem in the first place.
So Mweb, why does no one pick up the phone after almost 2 hours of being on hold? I'm hanging up now and I expect you to give me feedback on your tardy service.
