I have been with vodacom for over 10 years. I went in for an upgrade prepaid to contract only to o find out that two accounts have been loaded to my name and I am being billed twice a month on different days. I have called numerous times and yet to have this resolved or reverted. Just getting a contract was bad enough with spending over 3 hours in the store to get the phone then taking days to activate cos I was given a number that was already taken. Running back and forth to the store to sort out. I would like this corrected immediately please, as this is not what I signed up for.
