After months of failing to book online with our Standard Bank corporate cards, I have now reached breaking point with online booking. Whenever I attempt an online booking, it fails the moment that I press the pay button and gives an error message: Oops! This payment could not be completed. Standard Bank has checked everything possible, and the fault is not on their side, as the cards work perfectly well on all other airlines' websites. I have lost count of how many times this has happened. I then have to phone and do a telephonic booking. I am at the point of avoiding to book with Kulula, for this same reason. It is extremely time consuming, and although the call centre staff are helpful, it is a very long process. I have enquired regarding this with Kulula, they just point the finger at Standard Bank.
