I attended a presentation in Groenkloof, Pretoria on 27/08/2014 and was sweet talked into signing an agreement and was given no time to go through the document. After discussing the concept with my husband he requested that I cancel immediately as our financial situation would not allow us to enter into this agreement.
I sent an email on 28/08/2014 to cancel the agreement. I received a polite phone call from the branch manager offering me an even cheaper membership to which I declined per email requesting cancellation once again giving valid reasons. Again, I was contacted and given yet another quote telephonically. On asking if I would receive all my monies back should I decline, I was answered yes. I then emailed the branch manager for the third time to request cancellation and forwarded the email to Karen. All this correspondence was done in a period of less than 5 days. I have as yet received no response from the above mentioned company.
I want to cancel this agreement with immediate effect as was first requested by myself on 28/8/2014 and request that the payment of R9124.00 that was deducted from my bank account be reversed.
