I'm very disappointed with the services of Mango Airlines. My flight was at 20:00 pm and i arrived at the airport one hour early which is the norm. I went to check-in and they informed me that i've missed my flight, further stating that i was supposed to be there 1 hour and 30 minutes early which was at 18:30 pm. I find this very hard to believe, i'm a first time flyer for this airline and i have never encountered any problems like this with any other airline! I've been put through so much of inconvenience that i'm now taking the bus to durban. Its either the airline was over-booked or my ticket has been sold to someone on standby, so what did mango airlines do with my payment? This seems like a scheme with the workers of the airline and it will be taken further! Mango airlines is unprofessional!!! Sorry to say but Mango Airlines do not live up to its standards set.
