To Global Travel alliance SA
As per our telephonic discussion.
We had a consultation with Timothy on the 29/08/2014.
We had paid a yearly fee of R1065.00 and after a further discussion we could not get to a final agreement and decided to cancel the contract, the Manager then said, he will send a cancellation letter to his Head Office and that the money will be credited to our account the next day, with an e-mail to confirm, but it that never happened.
This all happened at an afternoon session at Waterkloof guest house Pretoria,
The consultant assured us that the money would be paid back into our account the very next day which would have been on 30/08/2014. (Sunday), this was also a bit stange to me?
We have to date not received our money as told, I thought it was an honest person that I was dealing with, as he said he could not reverse the credit on the spot, but will arrange it.
This is not the way to treat a customer. As discussed, I will e-mail the front page and proof of payment, (yearly fee) back to you, to be credited back to me in my account,
Could you urgently arrange this as it is really not acceptable.
