Terrible Service

Complaint / review text:
I booked a flight for 2 employees to travel to Spain. Due to them not having transit Visas, they were not permitted to travel on the flight via London. The airline cancelled the flights and I was told to contact Expedia. I was told to pay for a new flight and then claim for a refund on the previous tickets. I spoke to 4 supervisors on 4 occasions. Each 1 said the same - they will check with the airline and come back to me. I was told that it was a non-refundable flight and nothing can be done. The 2 employees have to fly back to Spain this month and I asked if I could use those tickets and change the flight instead of cancelling. Again - sorry, there is nothing that Expedia can do for me. The flights have already been cancelled. One of the supervisors had the audacity to ask me if I can pay for the new flights now and then try resolve the issue. I decided to try phone British Airways myself and was told that it would not be a problem to change the flight. There is an admin fee and if there are price differences in the flights, I would have to pay the difference. He looked online for the new dates I required and booked me my 2 flights. I will never use Expedia again
