On 06/11 I purchased a ticket from Mango Airlines, money was taken from my bank account but I did not receive a reference number. I contacted Mango and to my horror I was told that the booking was cancelled, but the funds were deducted from my bank account already! I called the refunds department and I was told to get a proof of payment from my bank, a huge inconvenience but I submitted it nonetheless. I was told that it would take 7-14days for this to be processed meanwhile I needed to have my booking for 16/11 and the fly mango website said that there were only 2 seats left, and I couldn't wait that long. I made a second booking on the 8th as I was thinking that my initial payment would be reversed and I would get my money back. But not with this airline, I was simply told today that your payment will not be reserved. I have now double paid and have no guarantee that I will be repaid my money from my initial booking. I desperately want my money back, but no one wants to do so. This is unfair, I just want my money back and no one can help me in their refunds department as my emails and calls are unanswered. I am truly disappointed with their service.
