A traveler booked my apartment on October 28 and paid by credit card. Payment was received on the same day by VRBO. Today, November 14, I didn't received yet my payment. I called VRBO and, after 20 minutes of waiting (their call service is horrible!) a lady told me she didn't see the booking I was talking about and suggested me to call Homeaway. After insisting she finally found the booking, she saw the payment and she couldn't do nothing to direct my payment to my bank account. She suggested me to call Homeaway. I am waiting them to reply. VRBO is keeping $1,017 unauthorized, and he doesn't know how to credit it to my bank account. I don't have words to comment this. If you are a property owner I wish you good luck. I will never work again with them.
