Complaint / review text:
At least they admitted it. Expedia screwed us up 3 times when we selected and paid additinal money for upgraded room, but got confirmation for a standard room.
The first time I thought I just made a mistake. Second time I thought it was an odd coinsidence. Third time I cought it in the process and called them right away. They denied the whole thing.
I spent three hours on the phone with them but the problem did not get resolved. They cancelled my trip, but have not refunded the money yet. The evidence that I booked it has been deleted.
I've been booking my trips with Expedia for over 10 years.
They trashed this company over the past 2 years. Time to find another!
