Complaint / review text:
The 14th till the 21st of October me and my wife were in Zanzibar for our honeymoon. GTASA organised everything and assured me that transport from and to the airport was arranged and the companies name is A2B transport. When we landed we waited for more than half an hour for our transport to the hotel, phoned the number provided by GTASA if we had troubles but no one answered. After a long wait we decided to make use of a local taxi. We were charged roughly R750. Ridiculous but we had to get to the hotel somehow. Mohammed from A2B transport phoned me later that night to apologise and that my money will be paid back on the 21st when they will pick us up to fly back. The person that picked us up didn't have any knowledge of the arrangements Mohammed made with me. Back in SA I emailed the receipt to GTASA. That was on the 27th of October. After a week with no payment I emailed Nazlee to query the situation. She assured me that she will find out whats going on ect. I haven't received any payment yet. Its almost a month now. I am tired of false promises. Whats the issue? Just pay my Transport costs back! I think I am going to cancel my involvement with GTASA. Bad service!!!
