I made a reservation at a hotel in Orlando in early 2014, with the possibility of cancellation.in September reduce the number of days in the reserve and in November I canceled the reservation at booking. What was my surprise when in January I saw a charge on my credit card all daily and taxes. The charge was on January 01 for a supposed stay January 29. I contacted the hotel and it said that the booking did not cancel the reservation. They would not cancel the reservation or reimburse me. I tried multiple contacts with the booking without success. Finally got a phone SP where a clerk spoke to me in Spanish / Portuguese, hard to understand. She told me that the reservation was still active, it was not error on the part of the booking. I have to send the e-mail received by the cancellation and after that they will assess what may have happened. Seen several cases here and know it will take much analysis with high possibility of anything being done. I trusted the booking and the hotel process failed and are now playing the responsibility on me. And to make matters worse, is an ordeal make contact with the booking and the hotel. Really not worth it. I want only my right, the reservation is canceled and the reversed value on my card. Booking number: 235197023/6776.
