I have approached QVC to request that my membership be cancelled. I am unemployed and have been since December 2012. The entire 2013 my husband was also unemployed. It put us in an extreme financial crisis. We are living on one salary and it is not possible for my husband to keep paying membership fees for my QVC account plus taking care of all the other bills. I received a request from Candyce Richards requesting various documentation so that my case could be reviewed. I sent thru all my bank statements, a copy of our antinup showing we are married out of community and an affidavit stating that I am unemployed. I was then requested to send thru the latest statement of every single account I have in my name, rental agreement, water and lights etc. I find this unacceptable. It is bad enough struggling to pay bills after what we have gone through, now I am expected to expose my entire personal life to a company. I have 24 points at QVC, I am R5200 behind on fees and I am asking for the points to be taken back. I have an affidavit proving I am unemployed and my statements show I do not receive a salary. Is that not enough!
