To date you have not replied to my complaint on facebook.
Please read it as Hello Peter states it is too long to publish:
1) When are you going to respond to my post?
2) When are you going to respond to every single other passengers post? I speak on behalf of all complainants when I say you don't respond
3) What are you going to do to improve your customer service?
