Tried and book hotel reservation did not get the confirmation booking page. Went to website again to book the hotel, then saw a deal at half the price than Orbitz for the same hotel booked this instead.
Received an email 15 minutes later from Orbitz, Hotel was booked called them to get this cancelled, did not contact the Hotel and now have been charged a penalty of $175.00. Spoke to Orbitz serveral times before I was due to stay at the hotel for updates, still investigating website error.
Spoke to the hotel, was more than happy to refund the money if Orbitz called them before I stayed, Orbitz did not, even I told the Customer Service team this, did not listen, now stuck with the Penalty. Most awful, travel agent ever.!!!
