Complaint / review text:
Ought a ticket via SID. Was told they cant find the payment and that i need to pay again. I ended paying again but bought a ticket from kulula instead. I even showed them bank statement and sms notification. Sent documents through to the refunds department. Was told 48 hours. Its been a month already! Last feedback i got was is in process. I was told that 2 weeks ago as well. They never respond immediately. Sometimes you get no reply and have to call them. For the most on time airline all their other values to customer relations goes down the gutter. I suggest their top management must start looking at how to service customers better. Or are they the type to just fill their pockets and sit back laughing like the politicians in this country??? Mango Airlines should understand. With no customers their wings will be snipped!!! I would fly Kulula any day. They may not always been on time but they treat their customers far better..
