Complaint / review text:
My wife and I BA Executive Club Members, 132530864 & 13530847 booked to fly from Durban to Port Elizabeth thro' Kulula with BA/Comair. Flight No, BA 6234 on 20/02 and was supposed to take off at 08:00hrs and eventually left at 09:30hrs. On 27/02 BA 6323 left Port Elizabeth over on hour late for Durban. The alleged Kulula/BA Manager advised me when I complained in Port Elizabeth on 27/02 that I should perhaps fly with another Airline. Why was there no prior warning as advertised that the flights were late?
Mr Walsh if this how you allow your "Contract Staff" to address Executive Club Members when they cannot even fly to a simple timetable, then it's time that they are fired, or we all fly with Airlines other than BA on short and longhaul flights. When I made it clear that I was going to complain they could not have cared less.
There is one other point, why does none of the BA Customer Services / Executive Club e-mail addresses operate. If there are new e-mail addresses I would like to have them please
