Fly long distance via Delta/KLM, unfortunately they use Korean Airline lounge at LAX. LAX Korean Air lounge will not honor partner airline lounge pass, no matter what.
Even after the "peanuts" incident, the Korean airline personnel still have no clue what service means. No wonder they have such a bad reputation. No manager can be reached. The Korean Air web site has a section for customer complaints, but the link is BROKEN.
They surely do not want to hear from their customers. Shame on them! And shame on their LAX employees!
These type of attitude and service would have gotten them fired if working for a US company. I will not fly them and will be sure to let KLM/Delta know about the incident.
