Expedia basically have no customer support - they have robots who answer phones saying they 'care' and that there 'might be brief delays in answering, ' as well as (if you are lucky enough to get to speak to someone) people who tell you what you already know or who can spout a lot of excuses if they stuff up your booking or billing. I waited on hold on around 7 phone calls for up to an hour, was promised call-backs that NEVER HAPPENED, was disconnected while still waiting etc etc.
So now I have no air ticket, and a pending charge on my credit card that won't go away.
Don't use this company. It is the absolute pits - shambolic processes and so-called 'service.'
