They think it is perfectly acceptable to be late, and leave a 16 year old on his own for 11 hours. That was just the trip there!
Never even bother calling the customer service line, they can do nothing for you, only the terminal and/or the bus driver can make decisions. IF you can get a hold of the terminal, since they do not have numbers for their drivers, only the the terminal. If the terminal happens to be a store with limited hours, then you are out of luck. I find it ridiculous and unbelievable that they do not have numbers for their drivers, but there you go. Biggest waste of time and money, next time I will pay the extra and fly him.
Worst customer service I have EVER seen, Wal-Mart is better! Can't believe they are still in business.
