I am writing you from the middle of nowhere!!! After freezing off for more then 3 hours because of improperly functioning AC, Megabus NY-DC broke down! The driver just stopped and got out, without announcing any changes.
Waiting for another bus to come and pick us up for more then 3 hours... 4.20am... Finally the next bus from NY-DC arrived to rescue!!!
But: 1) there was no space for everybody, 2) as soon as we got in they said we need to get out because the driver's shift is over so the bus can not move anywhere!!! 4:20am!!! 50 people out there freezing!!! The driver said it will take 1 hour for another bus to come from DC and to pick us up!!! Its been almost 3 hours!!! We are in the middle of nowhere still waiting for help!!! I am requesting refund for my tickets as well as coverage for my lost working hours, since instead of getting to DC at 2.15 and being at work at 6: am, I will get to DC at 6: am and be able to be at work not earlier then 11: am.in order to avoid any legal action please consider my request and reply as soon as possible.
