Complaint / review text:
Allegiant Airlines cancelled my flight to Las Vegas Monday. Yes, it was rescheduled for the next day, but that did me no good, since I was going to meetings on Tuesday and the rescheduled flight would not have been there until Tuesday night.
I could not get in touch with customer care until Thursday. I am on hold right now. Hope to get my money back — not a voucher, since it was Allegiant's fault and not mine. I had never had a problem with them before, so this came as quite a shock!
They had never cancelled a flight out of Shreveport before.
