Complaint / review text:
I had called earlier this morning after changing my reservation for the second time. This ticket has already cost me double to what I paid for it but had no choice. I called earlier this morning to get seat assignments and got it including getting vegetarian meals. It was a pleasure to talk to the lady, she was very helpful. I went to get the seats printed from my itinerary and the seats were not there nor the meal.
I called this evening to get them added to my itinerary and lo and behold the given to me were not available and it was going to cost me $14.95 to reserve the seats. Needless to say I had some angry words with the guy on the phone and finally asked to speak to his supervisor for whom I am still on a hold. This is the way they treat customers who have used their service for many years and including flying with them 3 times this year. This is the last time I will use them ever and I will tell all my friends that fly regularly to not use them anymore. This is a bunch of having to wait for a supervisor for 35 min.
