We booked a trip with CheapO. It was the first time we used them and overall the booking went well and we got a good price. The problem came when Cheapo charged my wife's credit card and they flagged the transaction as suspicious. The credit card company sent my wife an email to verify the charge — but Cheapo called us at 3 AM to tell us their charge was rejected. Not so good. We got it all resolved though.
