Complaint / review text:
Good service getting a good price for tickets and helpful staff. However, my credit card was overcharged by CheapOair by more than double the amount of the ticket. I called and spoke to a "Customer Service Rep" and he promised to have someone from billing call yesterday within 4 hours. No call. I don't want to dispute the bill just yet as it might cancel the ticket for my fiance traveling from Russia to the US. First the big mistake, second broken promises. Are you going to correct this??
