Complaint / review text:
We agreed to the promo when sales called us. We were unable to take the trip due to illness and it was going to expire.
They called us and said we could extend the contract by paying more money. We were told that we would have 2 1/2 years to book the trip.
Six months have passed and they called us again and said if we wanted to extend our trip we would have to pay more money. I explained that my husband had a stroke and I could not leave him and that we were told that we had an extension.
They would not agree. Now, we lost all that money.
