Hi I am a VERY ANGRY FESTIVA RESORT customer. I've read several post looking for some type of help with this horrible nightmare but have not found quite what I'm looking for. Bottom Line is, words can't describe what I feel.
How could Festiva get away with this AWFUL SCAM well I asked myself several time... No answer... So I decided to start a "PETITION" to fight this company in what they are doing... I figure no one will listen as 1 individual so I decided to start this PETITION so that we could all come together fight this as a TEAM. If this company wants to be heard well let's give them what they are asking for... But I need everyone that is being scammed help.
Please remember I'm just like you a customer but it's time WE all stop being scammed... If I have to take this PETITION to the local new I will, to the General Attorney I will or who every else I will... P. S what really pissed me off besides the whole scam deal is the whole ASSESMENT FEES. That's Just not RIGHT!!! Below is my email that is just for Festiva customer Complaint.
