Complaint / review text:
This is our first time trying Korean airline for international and it could be the last time if Korean airline customer services don't improve. The customer service at Korean airline in ATL, GA is terrible.
Korean airline needs to re-train these people how to treat customers right. We definitely don't appreciate a frown face and raised voice. Definitely not professional! As we walked toward the airport to check in and ready for a vacation.
Looking at these frown faces and negative attitude made us want to turn back.
I hope Korean airline would do something about this.
