I have a major trip coming up. Cheapoair has changed my schedule, and sent an email notification which dropped a leg of the trip and was very unclear of the changes. I have now called and held for over 2 hours and three times been transferred for no apparent reason and/or hung up on. They are clearly unwilling and/or unable to help
I just scheduled a non-refundable cruise and hotel stay. However, I was just told that there was nothing that could be done by the operator, but that the customer service department would have to call me back.
This is a trip that I have planned for years, now this. What a mistake taking a chance on Cheapoair. If it's an important trip, DON'T USE THEM!
