Complaint / review text:
MegaBus was 45 minutes late in picking us up at Union Station in Washington DC going to Philadelphia. There were only 2 MegaBus employees at Union Station which ignored our entire group of passengers.

There was no update as to let us know what was happening, why the bus was late or how long it would be till the bus would come. Once the bus finally arrived the crowd was very frustrated and people started cutting each other in line and fighting. There was no MegaBus employee there to "manage" the line. We never received any apology for the wait or reason why the bus was late.

No customer service. They will very likely go out of business with such poor service. I hope someone from corporate reads this...

They should do an "undercover boss" episode with this company. They need help!
