Very aggravating ride - avoid if you can

Complaint / review text:
I take Megabus pretty frequently from DC to Philly or NYC and back. Usually the bus is packed. The WiFi and outlets works about 70% of the time, but the WiFi often is so slow that it makes it not worth using. Bathrooms are usually not clean, sometimes they have hand sanitizer. Megabus is one of the least relaxing forms of transportation. Don't expect to be able to get any work done and also expect to arrive late.

I had an experience yesterday that made me feel inclined to write this review. I booked a Megabus from Philly to DC and was put on a Coach USA bus. There were no outlets or WiFi on this bus. The bus driver stopped at a rest stop in Delaware and said we could "use the bathroom and get food but be back on the bus in exactly 15 minutes so we could leave". The bus driver did not come back to the bus until 25 minutes later, 10 minutes after he said we would leave. Because we spent almost half an hour at the rest stop, we got into DC just under half an hour later than we were scheduled to. I've only ever experienced a rest stop break on a bus ride using a Chinatown bus and the fact that it happened on Megabus made me infuriated. This is unacceptable—if you tell passengers what time the bus will arrive, the bus MUST ARRIVE ON TIME (unless of course there is traffic)! Also, one of the other passenger's cell phones made this extremely annoying noise every fifteen seconds for the entire bus ride (not kidding at all), and the bus driver said nothing to the passenger about turning their phone on silent.

My other biggest gripe with Megabus is that they make an unnecessary stop outside of Baltimore that delays getting into DC by at least 20 minutes. Often times the bus will stop at the White Flint Mall and let only one person off of the bus and no one gets on! They should have a separate route, or separate buses that go directly to DC.
